Hassle-Free Returns:
We want you to love your LXE furniture! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused and undamaged purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus any applicable fees).
What can't be returned?
- Items with scratches or signs of use
- Items missing original packaging
- Customized orders
Return Fees:
- Credit/debit cards, valu, sympl: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Cash on delivery: You'll receive a refund when we pick up the returned item (no additional fee).
- Returns after delivery: We'll deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label (or arrange your own return).
Refunds:
- You'll receive your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (minus any fees).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
